When you call, text, or submit the quote form, we may collect:

- Your job address (only if you choose to provide it)
- Details about the electrical work you're requesting
- Basic technical data (like device type, pages viewed, and general location) collected automatically by our hosting and analytics providers
We do not ask for or store payment information on this website — payment for completed work is handled directly, outside the site.
How we use it
- To respond to your estimate request and schedule a job
- To follow up by phone, text, or email about work you've asked about
- To understand how people use the site, so we can keep it useful (page views, not individual browsing history)
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising. We don't share it with anyone except the service providers below, who help us run the business.
Who we share it with
Quote form submissions are routed through Make.com (an automation service) to reach Torriono directly. The site is hosted on Vercel, which also provides basic traffic analytics (page views and referrers, without cookies). We additionally use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and move through the site; Google Analytics does set cookies and collects a trimmed version of your IP address. None of these providers is permitted to use your information for its own purposes. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, or by using your browser's "do not track" or cookie-blocking settings.
Text messages
If you text (504) 514-8224, that conversation is used only to discuss your job. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts from us.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete the information you've given us, or to stop contacting you, at any time — email tkelectricalinfo@gmail.com or call (504) 514-8224.
Changes to this policy
